I cannot unblock a device on my C6300

I have checked the box for the BLocked device and clicked the allow button.  The processing bar comes up and nothing changes.  I click the apply button and nothing happens.  I was able to block the device easly , but unblocking is not working.

    Have you tried another web browser or make sure a pop up blocker is not causing issues?

      I tried both using another web browers and tuning off the pop up blocker.  Still getting the same results.

        Have you tried with another device? of so you may need to factory reset the modem which will remove this and set up the modem again.
