I can't find other devices on my network.

my moden router is (CG3000DV268) old model. I can't not find my wifi network ( internet is working, i doubt is moden problem i bought new one too, the same problem happened) so i tried to call my cable company looking for help (roboooot. restarrrrt many time. They asked me to type 192.168.0.1 to do the WIFI setup. I followed the manuel to type username : admin (Admin) but its not work....Please I need the help form somebody.... Please..................i need the username  trying  to setup the wifi.....

    Hello Happyq247

     

    The default username is Admin and the password is password if this is not working for you do a factory reset on the modem by holding down the reset button on the back for 10 seconds this will then default the modem back so that login should work.
