I can't find other devices on my network.
I can't find any other devices on my network.
I just bought N300 Wifi Cable Modem Router.
When I first installed it, it worked beautifully.
But When I had problem with my cable internet with Comcast. They tried many things to get me back online such as sending a reset command, and turning off and on after 15 ~ 30 seconds, Nothing Worked. Finally then sent out the technician, and he checked cable wires between my apartment and the building access point and switched out the cable after which I was able to log on to the internet.
But Now, when I open my network, I can't find any other devices on the network. My phone, Table, and Printer just don't show up where it use to do. And I can't get printer to print. I guess my computer can't find the network printer to print.
When I tried to open modem router by typing 192.168.0.1, it worn't open. It says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
What do I have to do? I need to be able to print asap.
Hello yicine4444
The first thing I would do is try using http://www.routerlogin.net http://www.routerlogin.com or try 192.168.1.1 if that fails go to your command prompt by opening your start menu and then type CMD into your search bar and hit enter. This should bring up the command prompt which is a black box with white text from here you want to type in ipconfig /all then hit enter then look for the ip address that is listed as default gateway you will want to type that ip into your web browser and see if it will open the router config. If that is not working I would suggest a Factory reset by using the pin hole on the back of the modem and hold a paper clip or ball point pen on it for 10 seconds. If you do a factory reset you will have to set up all your wireless and other router settings again. After factory rest try to log back into the router with 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.1 or http://www.routerlogin.com http://www.routerlogin.net. . Hope to hear your feedback.
