I even went so far as to purchase another CAX80 from Amazon

I have the exact same problem and get the exact same BS from both Netgear and Xfinity.  I even went so far as to purchase another CAX80 from Amazon...and guess what...EXACTLY the same problem as my original unit.

 

Netgear does NOT care if we spent $450 on a useless piece of crap! Their service is nonexistent.

    What is the problem?

    If your having two modems doing the same problem, probably an ISP issue.
