Hello. I know this is pretty old but did you ever get it figured out? I had the same issue a while back and they (comcast) ended up having to replace the cable from my house to the tap. They ended up having to send three different techs before they replaced the line. it was super frustrating.&nbsp;

They are likely referring to the wonderful firmware version 6.01.03 that has rendered this modem useless.&nbsp;
