I have a N600 wifi cable modem router and the isp does not have the latest firmware.

I have RCN and they don't have the latest firmware to push to my C3700.  How can I make this happen?

    Unfortunately, it's up to the ISP.  There's nothing Netgear can do about it.  This is of the major reasons why I prefer to have my router separate from my modem.
