ID and Password not working for WPN824v2

AT&T recently did a bit of port forwarding for me in advance of setting up a Tablo DVR.  They also suggested a channel switch for their router (3801HGV) to help with declining wifi download numbers during prime time in the evening.  In the meantime, I've been looking at connected devices for AT&T and Netgear as I try to figure out the evening wifi numbers drop.  Now, without changing any ids or passwords, I am not able to get to the Netgear web page for my router.  The address for the Netgear router appears to be 10.0.0.1.  I can ping the router with no packet loss.  I can also see all green lights functioning properly.  I have been consistently turned away, though, when trying the standard access addresses:  http://www.routerlogin.net, http://www.routerlogin.com, http://192.168.0.1 and http://192.168.1.1.  My desktop is attached to the Netgear router, which is connected to AT&T's router.  I don't have a DVD to restore factory settings.  Is that my only resort?  Any thoughts, suggestions, etc. are much appreciated.  Thank you.
