Same issue. Got my first CAX80 in August 2020 (early adopter). In June 2021 Router/modem would no longer connect anything wifi or wired. Contact support and none of the factory resets worked. Got a RMA and they sent a new one. Fast forward 14 months same issue. Now they won’t send a replacement because original purchase was Aug 2020. Obviously the issues this units have wasn’t resolved via manufacturing in June 2021 when I got a replacement. Apparently ISP pushing firmware can brick the unit. $500 bucks and these things barely last a year.
