Intermittent Connectivity Issue with C7000v2 Modem Router
Hi, I have been having intermittent connectivity issues with my Netgear C7000v2 modem router for several months. Initially, I thought it was a problem with my internet provider. However, these connectivity issues have continued after my service provider replaced the cable to my apartment, so I am concerned it is a problem with my router. The outages occur on both my laptop (MacOS) and iphone.
I have been troubleshooting my router but not having any luck. I have confirmed that the firmware is up to date, changed the channel on the 2.4ghz channel from automatic to an unused number, switched to the 5ghz network, reset the router, and powercycled a few times, but nothing has worked. I have the Netgear Genie app on my laptop, but it hasn't given me any helpful information about why the outages are happening. Sometimes it reads the internet status as "good" even when there is an outage, and if it does recognize that the internet is not connected, it does not give any information about why.
I would appreciate any guidance anyone has about how to troubleshoot or fix these intermittent drops in connectivity, thanks!

Updating to include some of my recent event logs, other logs, and cable connection tables.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are not coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem. What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
