intermittent internet loss since installing the CM1200 for the past few months
hi all
I had to upgrade my cable modem to this one supported by Comcast for faster speed (350 MBPS), but it has been quite frustrating as it keeps dropping the connection intermittently (XBOX games would lose network randomly, Ring alarm would report internet disconnected, reconnected a minute later, then drop again).
When I still had support for the device, the only recommendation was to reboot the modem. Now a few weeks later, I have lost official support. However, I now see these events in the event log which I didn't before
UCD invalid or channel unusable;CM-MAC=54:07:7d:a7:a9:e8;CMTS-MAC=00:90:f0:12:08:00;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;
MDD message timeout;CM-MAC=54:07:7d:a7:a9:e8;CMTS-MAC=00:90:f0:12:08:00;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3
They sometimes happen once a day, sometimes several times a day, then it will be ok for a couple of days and then reappear
Please help.

got a copy of the cable connections page and the event logs?
Is it only wireless devices that drop? Do wired devices?

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
