Your power is going in and out of spec from the logs.
Do you also have your cable connections page info? (shows the signal strengths)

Hello Plemans,
The system keeps removing my response. Not sure why that's happening, I do not see any errors/warnings. I post it and I see it for a couple of minutes then it disappears.

this website is broken. I cannot upload my downstream table. for some reason it disappers a few minutes after I upload it with no notification or errors. I've tried uploading it as a photo, screenshot, attached table in this response. Nothing seems to work.

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
What MFr and model wifi router do you have connected to the CM modem?
