Intermittent network slowdown issues CM1100
I'm having intermittent internet slowdown issues. When it happens my upload speeds go below 1mbps and I get disconnected from my VPN connection. I have a CM1100 and not sure where to start troubleshooting. All of my issues started after my isp had a service upgrade. I had a technician out and they ended up removing an attenuation filter on the back of the modem. It fixed it for a few weeks but now having the same issue.

The date/time for the screen shot file is April 7, 2022. The system date shown in the screen shot is April 7, 2022.
Is the system time on your computer correct?
