Internet Bridge C6300 – AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router

Can the C6300 be setup as a bridge or do I need to purchase addition equipment?

"a bridge" between what and what else?  Do you mean as a modem-only
    rather than as a modem+router?

       To do what, exactly?

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Look for "Cable Your Modem
Router to a Router or Gateway".  If you mean something else, then a
    better description might help.

  • My apologies for not explaining everything. What I would like to do is setup my C6300 as a WIFI Internet receiver and hook up my computers to it for Internet access. Set it up to receive the WIFI Internet and either use it as a hotspot or use Ethernet cables for my computers to get Internet service through it. Like it can be done through a computer. I hope this explains better what I want to do.

         Ok.

So far as I can see in the C6300 User Manual, that model lacks such a
bridge-mode option.  Some router-only models (like the R7000) can do it,
but I doubt that any Netgear cable-TV-modem+router models can.
