Internet Connection Problem - D6220 AC1200

Modem Router

Model D6220

 

Issue - can’t connect to the internet, I believe this is a authentication problem.

Date Issued started -  21/03/2020 (woke up no internet)

We have NBN FTTN (Fibre To The Node)

Steps taken to fix this;

 

  1. ISP - Confirmed that we are receiving an internet connection after conducting tests.
  2. Changed my Password and confirmed the internet account hasn’t been frozen (eg bills not paid etc)

Status of the router

(power - Green, DSL - Green, Internet - Red, Wifi - Green)

 

I have logged into the router using www.routerlogin.net

Information on internet details:

Country - Australia

ISP – TPG internet require a login - yes

Encapsulation  - PPoE

PPPoE - Login details and Password are correct

Internet IP - Get Dynamically from ISP

Domain name sever 9DNS) address - Get from ISP

NAT - Disable

Mac is set to Defualt
