Internet constantly cuts out recently
Everything with my system worked perfectly until around 2:00 pm yesterday. I have tried every possible fix in google, and after waiting for 3 hours from a response from Charter I gave up. This is what my log states. Every 1-5 minutes the internet cuts out for about 5-10 seconds, then back on. For a list off already tried solutions I have reset and optimized the router & modem / reset network settings / made sure network adapter not set to power off to save power in device manager / checked all cables / as well as tried all of these commands -
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
NETSH winsock reset catalog
NETSH int ipv4 reset reset.log
NETSH int ipv6 reset reset.log

What modem are you using?
What firmware is on the router?
Have you tried reinstalling the firmware to the router, factory resetting it, and then re-installing it? Maybe something was corrupt in the firmware.
Have you tried directly wiring into the modem and seeing if the connection stays stable?
