internet drops with C7000v2 router

I recently purchased the C7000v2 modem/router and have experienced my internet connection dropping intermittenly for 45 seconds to 1 minute.  I have verified that my router has the latest release of firmware, V1.02.12.  I never had this issue with my previous C7000 modem/router.  Does anyone have any suggestions to correct the issue?

    Are you able to check the modem logs and check if you have any T3 or T4 timeouts?

        That typically indicates a signal issue with the ISP you may need to have them come check out your lines.
