Internet freezing while using CG3000-2STAUS
Hi
I've had the above cable modem for about six months and it's been working fine until the last few weeks. The internet on my desktop (Windows 8.1) keeps freezing after 5-10 minutes of use and will not work unless the internet is disconnected and the computer re-started. For a time, my laptop and ipad were working fine. Yesterday, I started to experience similar problems on the laptop (Windows 10). I noticed the laptop had just run an auto update and am wondering if this caused the problem. If so, how do I fix it??? I not very computer literate but cannot afford to take both in to a repair place!

Do you see the same issues on the Ipad? Have you tried to reboot the modem by just unplugging it from the power and back in? and is the Destop connected to the modem over wireless or is it wired?
