Internet light is amber
So I just set up my new modem and router and the internet light on the router (or whichever one is third from the right) is shining solid amber. I have tried turning everything off and on again, reset...
Couple questions.
1. What modem is it? firmware on it?
2. you stated router. What firmware is on it?
3. Did you start by setting up the modem and making sure its activated?
4. Are the other LEDs doing anything? the manual lists the led's and a description of troubleshooting using them. Have you looked at that? A description of what all the leds (color, blinking, etc) helps. Use the names from the manual and not 3rd from the right.
