Internet sppeed does match purchased speed.

I have broadband internet from comacst xfinity and I purchased the extreme speed package of 254Mbps, but the best speed the modem is around 108 Mbps donwload speed.  And nobody at netgear will help because I entered the wrong purchased date when I registered my product..

 

What can I do to fix my modem or increase the speed?

  • I too have an issue with the download speed and really do not know where to turn..

    and my one year deadline is coming up soon..
