ip addresses don’t match ??
I recently moved and connected my nighthawk x4s, AC3200 WiFi cable modem router, model #C7800. My internet provider is working fine, devices are connected to wifi, but all devices say no internet connection. Someone mentioned IP address for modem doesn’t match IP address of router (not sure how that’s possible) and it needs to be reconfigured since I moved locations.

do you have a screen snip of your cable connections page and the event logs?
Did your isp provision the modem?
