IPv6 and IPv4 intermittently not supported

I have 2 laptops and 2 iphones connected to the network. IPv6 and IPv4 addresses aren't supported nondeterministicly. For example, sometimes the iphones will have IPv4 supported but not IPv6 and visa versa.

I'm using https://ipv6-test.com/ to determine which protocols are supported.

The behavior that's annoying is that certain websites & apps won't work.

Do you have IPv6 enabled and configured on the modem?

What FW is loaded on the modem?

    Whos your ISP?

Yes, IPv6 is enabled on the router.

Xfinity is my ISP and they control the firmware upgrades.
