Hello Ken7
The CG3000Dv2 is capable of IPV6 but you will need to contact Comcast tech support to have them get your modem setup for IPV6 if they have IPV6 in your area. I also found this Comcast site that goes over IPV6 where you can test your connection for IPV6.

I have the same problem.
I called Comcast 4 times today trying to get IPv6 to work. I also called Netgear once.
Is there anything that can be done to get IPv6 to work?- EarlGrayAspirant
Someone from Comcast investigated the problem and they enabled IPv6 dual stack on my Netgear N450 CG3000Dv2 and it is now working.
