   Ask your (unspecified) ISP?  As the description says, the DGND3700v2
incorporates an ADSL2+ modem.  If your ISP would use ADSL2+ (or worse)
for your proposed 10Mb/s service, then I'd expect it to be ok.  If it
would use VDSL, then no.
