Is the WNDR3700v3 – N600 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router capable of Remote Access?

I can't find a list of Netgear routers specifying which are capable of Remote Access. Can anyone help me determine if my router (WNDR3700v3) is capable of remote access? I see the option in the router settings, but I can't get it to work.

Within the options on the router, I just selected everyone, instead of one IP or a range of IPs, and it worked. Thanks for the help.&nbsp;
