Is there a SSID on CM100) modem?

Hi. I see 3 #s on back of my modem: TA, S/N, & MAC. However I'd like to spread workload across Orbi WiFi and Netgear router like our old setup. Bought new CM1000 modem for more bandwidth to improve experience with Orbi's.

Connected WiFi with no issues, but I get prompted for SSID # when I try to connect "directly" to the CM1000. Do modem-only devices not come with a SSID? If they do, where do I locate it? Thanks in advance!
