ISP connectivity problems
Hello
Im having issues with my modem connecting to the internet service. Ive already called gave them the MAC and restarted it, but im still not receiving anything on my end. Called them back the next day to see if maybe the MAC was entered wrong bit it was correct and the ISP is showing that my modem is offline like it's not plugged in
Any help is appreciated im not well versed in stuff like this
Thanks!

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

I know that means its scanning for channels therefore no internet. I guess my real question is why would it be doing this and how can i potentially fix it
