issue with

Hello ,

 

I have 4 switches together , 3 switches(.250,.251,.252) assigned to all the users but there 1 switch which is XS748T (.253) which is set root on port 1 (which is assigned on .251) now am trying to connect .250 switch connection to .253 (root) am not able to see any connection(link down status) but if am adding connection of .251 to .253 its link goes up. What's the solution ?
