LAN SetUp Address Reservation Issue

Model : CAX80 (not allowing me to enter this in)

 

I am having an issue trying to add devices to my Address reservation table. It is Menu Item: Advanced --- Set up --- LAN Set Up.

I added a device and the IP address did not change to the one I entered...

All the entries are ok, but the two I added turned out to be what was below when I rebooted the gateway.

31 0.0.0.0 00:00:00:00:00:00
32 0.0.0.0 00:00:00:00:00:00

I chatted with a netgear representative, and I reinstalled the firmware....I then reset the gateway to factory settings....I saved my settings and loaded that file. I then tried adding a device to that table and got the above results. 

 

I did make sure that the address I entered was in the proper IP address range.

    What browser are you using? 

    Try FireFox or MS Edge? 

     

    Doe the devices your trying to reserve appear correctly in the connected devices list?
