LAN1, LAN2, LAN4 link down on AC1750 Firmware Version V3.01.14

do you have something connected to those ports?
- I have something plugged into Lan3 which is working. Lan1 is connected to my cable box. Lan2 to my smart TV. And lan4 an Xbox
Even when I do not have things plugged into LAN1,2,4 they still do not work.
They won't work if something isn't connected.
And they're not working when devices are connected?
did you try a factory reset?
- Thanks, when I have something connected they do not work. I did try the reset button on the back. When I held the down the reset button the port lights flash but still didn’t work after releasing the reset button.
