LEDs mean what?
Power blinking green, Up,Down,Internet ALL blinking amber, Lan1/2 both solid amber? hdw v 1.0, firmware v1.3.2
Can try a 30-30-30 reset on the modem to see if anything changes. If it doesn't, modem may have gone bad.
What does the user manual say?
Power OFF the modem. Disconnect the ISP cable coax line and external router from the modem. Then power ON the modem See if only the power and downlink LEDs come on.
That ISP are you connected with?
Manuals don't show anything near this configuration.
I'm with Mediacom. Switched to my backup modem (Motorola 7420) and all is well.
Disconnected ISP and router cables -> ends up same configuration of LEDs (pwr blinks green, down/up/internet blinks amber, Lan1/2 both solid amber.
Can try a 30-30-30 reset on the modem to see if anything changes. If it doesn't, modem may have gone bad.
Must be bad then.? (tried 30-30-30 to no avail)
