LEDs mean what?
Power blinking green, Up,Down,Internet ALL blinking amber, Lan1/2 both solid amber? hdw v 1.0, firmware v1.3.2
Can try a 30-30-30 reset on the modem to see if anything changes. If it doesn't, modem may have gone bad.

Must be bad then.? (tried 30-30-30 to no avail)
