List of Event Code Types?

Does anyone know of a list of Netgear's Event Code Types and their meaning and implications? 

Trying to troubleshoot using the event log of my CM1150V and looking for the meaning of "Event Type Code: 16" and "Event Type Code:  24"

Searching just turns ups endless posts of actual logs and not a troubleshooting guide or list of the codes themselves.
