Login to Wifi from Laptop

I am trying to login to the wifi network from a laptop. My other devices and computers have had no issue with simply using the password we set for the router. For some reason the laptop is asking for a username and password to connect. It is not the username and password for the router, nor is it the information for the laptop. I'm stumped as to why it is asking for this information to connect when no other device had this issue. I've never seen it before. HELP!!!!

    We need more data.

    1. you posted this in the cable mode/routers page but don't state what your device is. Device? Firmware on it?

    2. If you've enabled wifi security, it'll ask for a password. What security have you setup on your router?

    3. If everything else works but not your laptop, is it a laptop issue?

    4. Is it allowing you to connect to wifi and then asking for user name and password or is it asking for this to log into the wifi?

More details and specifics are helpful.
