login

Hello

I am having issues trying to login to my router. I"ve tried resetting the modem to factory settings but it will not let me login. when i hit the cancel button it brings up an error. bad modem ? Thanks for any help

    1. the cm700 isn't a router. its a modem. Is this the device you have?

    2. if you've reset, the default login is admin and the default login is password. have you tried these? keep in mind they're case sensitive

    3. Are you using any autofill/password managers? they're great at overwriting passwords/logins

    4. have you tried a different device/browser to login ?
