plemans I am looking for a non-Wireless router.  For the link you posted, all the "applies to devices" are Wireless routers.  As far as I can tell, Netgear doesn't have any non-Wireless routers that support link aggregation for the WAN side of things.
I looked at the Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X, and it doesn't appear to support it either.

 

I'll try other resources to get my answer.  Thanks for the replies.

You might do a bit more digging to check LACP support on Ubiquiti Edge Routers:

I'm sure there are other resources mentioning LACP on there routers.
