loosing the internet

It does not seam to matter as I have tried different ways Hardwired or Wifi. I have noticed also we run a MagicJack VPN phone line which has been fine until we started losing the Work VPN (Magic Jack and Work have a different VPN) and the quality on the Magic Jack phone line has not been very good lately.

Is it only vpn's with issues or are all devices dropping?
Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?

Sorry I know just enough about computers to let me know how much I do not know.
When the Work VPN drops I will check with a internet speed test and sometimes it is normal and othertime it locks for awhile. Similar to reconnecting to the VPN when it drops sometimes I can just reenter my password and I am good, other times I have to totally shout down and unplug the router/modem and start all over again. Logs are not available to me.

The cable connections page and logs can help quite a bit.
I'd work on getting them as they can tell us the status of the connection to the ISP and whats happening for longer periods of time
