Lost connection to 2.4 with my cell phone. Model c6250
I just set up my Netgear modem / router this morning. Haven't had any problems, but I think I just messed something up in the settings. When I went in under my connected devices I saw one that I didn't recognize and clicked off. Apparently, it must have been my cell phone, because now I can connect to 5G but no longer the 2.4. How do I re-establish connection to my cell phone? It does seem to work on my other devices
Log back into the router and re-enable it?
Usually through access controls.
Or just factory reset and start over.

I ended up getting on the phone with customer support and they had me access the modem router online rather than through the app. There was a section in which I was able to view connected and blocked devices. My phone was listed as blocked. I removed that and everything's working fine.
