Model 6250. Rcvd signal from Comcast not routed to TV, laptop or printer.
See note above. Comcast has shown router to be receiving its signal but it's not being routed to TV or laptop or laptop to printer.

What device do you have? there's both an R6250 and a C6250
If you have the R6250, what modem is it connected to?
Whats actually going on? Your desciption leaves some to be desired.
Is wifi broadcast and your able to connect but get "no internet" , is wifi not broadcasting at all? do hardwired devices work?
Are you able to log into the router?
you say comcast has signal, did they provision/activate it?
Log into the modem and take a screen snip of the modem cable connection page and the logs and post that here.
