Model AX2700 DOCSIS 3.1
Our 2 year old AX2700 DOCSIS 3.1 is on a Xfinity in house network and it is now identified by Xfinity as incompatible with their network. It's super slow providing less that 1/4 of the expected down...
1. What device do you have? AX2700 is a speed, not a model. Maybe the CAX30?
2. what speeds do you pay for?
3. what speeds do you get wired?
4. Got a copy of the cable connections page and event logs?
1. CAX30
2. 1.2 Gbps
3. 321 mbps

1. Copy paste is stupid hard to read. A screensnip is much better.
