Model C3000- can't run VPN

I can't run my work VPN at home, though my partner is able to run the same VPN through the same modem at home. 

 

I used these instructions to try to reset the modem: file:///C:/Users/ecorrado/Desktop/c3700_vpn-pass_hotfix_cmd-011B1_ReleaseNotes.html. 

 

I got a message saying that ret=30. 

 

I have no idea what to do next. Thanks for your help.
