Model C3700

Since NETGEAR modem's last update, it seems that our family is having trouble using cel phones inside house when connected to our wi-fi.

It seems that modem may be affecting the cellular's microphone when in signal range. We hear calls at our end perfectly, but the party at

the other end cannot hear us. What can we do?

    Have you tried changing the wireless channel on the modem in the wireless settings?
