Model C3700v2 Slow Download/Upload speeds

Xfinity checked their end and now suggested for Netgear to send a "Hit"? to the router. They ran tests on their end and made improvents on their end. No improvment from the router. Router has been ...

over 2.4ghz or 5ghz?

What device are you using to test speeds with? 

And what website?

The speeds are wireless using the Xfinity Speed test on my MacBook

it is over 5G

    what speeds do you get hardwired? 

    do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page (shows upstream/downstream power levels of the modem) and the event logs? 

    that lets us check the signal
