We have a Vonage phone system. They had to send us a new modem. The new one is not connecting to the phone. It showes it is connected to power and to the internet but not the phone. Talked with Vonage people and they said the "firewall" on the UDP and the TCP need to be disabled. How do I do that?
Use the DMZ for this vonage phone on the modem. Under Advanced tab/Setup/WAN setup...Look for DMZ server.
Input the IP address the phone is getting from the modem in to the DMZ section here.
