Model C7100V 5G login password is incorrect after 4 years, 2.4G still OK

The logon password for the 5G suddenly says the password is incorrect.  We can still login to 2.4G.

    The C7100V was released in 2018 so I'm not sure how its been incorrect after 4 years. 

    Maybe the password IS incorrect. Have you logged into the router to check the password? make sure to avoid any special characters, spaces, or using autofill on devices when setting up the password.
