Model C7800 Computer Unable to connect using VPN
I'm trying to work from home but my computer will not connect through the VPN. I'm using Dell Sonicwall Global VPN Client with Windows 10. The computer will connect through the VPN at other sites, so...
The reason I know the problem at the router because, I connected my laptop via my cell phone hotspot, then I can connect to device at work via the VPN connection.
Not saying its not the router but your vpn might need specific ports/setup for it to work
You referred incoming VPN traffic, but I am doing outgoing VPN connection.
Urgent, please help! Is there any fix for VPN connection issue? My laptop could not establish VPN connection if it is behind C7800 router. If I switched Wifi connection to cell phone hotspot, then I could establish the VPN connection.
What happens if you put the IP address the Laptop gets from the Modem into the modems DMZ, then try to establish the VPN on the Laptop?
