Model CM1150V - slow internet speed

 I am trying to find out if the modem is the problem or the line.   Xfinity lsays it's the modem or a setting on the modem.  My firmware version is V4.02.02  It shows upstream 34.37 dBmv and downstream 3.7 dBmv.  When I run speed test I get uploads around 3 Mbps and dowloads of 5 Mbps.  We pay Xfinity for Performance Plus which I eblieve is supposedly 175 Mbps

    are you testing directly wired to the modem?

    Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs?

    if you have any splitters, amplifiers, or signal attenuators in line, remove them and test it. check the link for kinks, damage, loose/old/bad/cheap connectors

    pls post connection table screenshots + event logs screenshots. Otherwise, it is hard to tell what is happening
