Modem and Router and Optimum Cable
I am thinking of a new modem (I currently rent from Optimum), router and powerline extenders I am an Optimum customer (unfortunately) I am willing to spend the extra money to get the WifI 6 802.11a...
Which modem should you buy? I'd check with optimum to find out whats compatible with their service. We can recommend many different modems but it doesn't do any good if optimum says they aren't compatible
Depending on the size of your home, I'm a fan of mesh networks versus single router solutions and powerline devices. They tend to be more seamless and stabile.
