Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
That helps check the signal from the ISP.
How are you testing speeds? hardwired in? over wireless?
Tested speeds from wireless as well as wired, tested from 7 different machines. All have about the same upload 5.9gbps max. The original modem from comcast was running at over 40gbps just prior to replacing, my plan calls for 1200 download and 35 upload. Thanks
