Are my levels and error codes a problem?

1. you didn't include all the info. upstream and ofdma channels are important to.
2. you do have a few errors. Are they a problem? I don't know. Are you having a problem? a few errors aren't a big deal but if its causing slowed speeds, increased latency, or drops, then they can be. if you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators in your coax line, remove them. Also check all your connections for corrosion, cheap ends, extended runs, kinks, or damage. preferably directly connect the modem to right where the coax enters the home. This prevents wiring issues in the home from being the problem.

got some issues on a few channels. And you didn't get the ofdma channel in there.
follow the advice above on removing things from the line and checking it.
