Modem CM500 setup issue - internet led

Hello, i just bought one and the internet led is not lighting. I tried many outlet but it does work in the begining fo hocking up but not after.

    I would return the modem for another one. 

    Power supply maybe bad.

    Did you get it activated through your isp?
